Best Western Plus Hacienda Hotel Old Town San Diego

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, nevertheless everything was great. The continental breakfast had lots of delicacies and was sensational.

It was really comfortable time in San Diego. I was here for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant for dinner. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there were a sofa bed, cable TV and a coffee maker too.

Didn't like the area, it was really loud.

The staff were more than helpful and I had a nice stay. Got brand-new, cosy with maps, a queen bed, as for instance. Its location was very central, walking distance to Mormon Battalion Memorial.

The room was brand-new with extremely comfy beds. The staff were more than helpful when I need it. Good food in the attached restaurant was the best part. Late check-out was useful. A very nice stay.

Everything was simply very clean. The stay here was fine, really enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with fab location close enough to restaurant, the old town, San Diego. The staff greeted everyone and were more than helpful. All the services were very good, including a continental breakfast and a nice pool. Could use their free parking.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff was HIGHLY COURTEOUS, the grounds were tidy.

It made my trip to San Diego an really really nice experience. The good onsite restaurant had plenty of food.

The staff was genuinely professional, top location, had a good hot breakfast. Outstanding forest views. With friendly check-in and painless check-out, this hotel was serene;)))

I loved my stay, it was very lovely. Location was great, the staff were awesome. Absolutely superb breakfasts and the food was exceptional. The pool was great for me. The hotel was spotless and the clean beach set near the property.

Air conditioner was a bit noisy; not very nice views.

not the cheapest one but good value. the staff was extremely accommodating, the beds were lovely, and the breakfast was savoury. well-kept and budget room, i had a superb stay. the building itself was amazing with a nice garden.

Good value. Attractive room & soft bed. The staff was warm on arrival and throughout my fabulous stay. Main bar and heated pool.

The staff was sweet and the food was affordable. The bed was fine and it was great having fridge, plenty space and smart TVs. Fairly clean hotel, fantastic service. Handy location, so close to shops and Hop On-Hop Off trolley, though the area was very busy.

We loved to be here, its staff and food. Near the public beach. Superb view, a nice balcony, comfortable bed, too. Pool was very clean here too.

The hotel was whole new, and I loved extremely helpful staff and welcoming room. Pleasant location to a historic adobe house. They made my stay perfect. Lots of food items served for exceptionally good breakfast.

The attached restaurant was fabulous, they served DECENT food. Impeccably clean and absolutely gorgeous hotel in Old Town district.

The location and views are beautiful! What's more, getting to a hip craft brewery on foot takes about 15 mins. Thoroughly enjoyed the food at their on-site restaurant Old Town Tequila factory.
